Anika Vassell is a psychologist with over 25yrs of experience specialising in adolescent behaviour.
Through her support of young people parents and professionals, Anika shares practical tools that help in avoiding the distress, instability and vulnerability that is often felt during this developmental stage.
Her journey to this point has seen Anika obtain a PGCE from the University of Nottingham which led her into teaching Psychology ‘A’Level at one of the top performing schools in the country. Anika also holds a Masters degree in Forensic Psychology from the University of Kent at Canterbury where her expertise has been utilised working with ‘hard to reach’ youth. Anika has worked with young offenders, has managed children’s residential units and opened an Alternative Provision for children who fell outside of mainstream education.
Now, in addition to her work with parents, employers and professionals, Anika is back in Nottingham leading on cutting-edge research as part of her PhD in Occupational Health Psychology & Management where she is investigating ways in which businesses and organisations can improve absenteeism, productivity and retention levels.

Shoana has over 20yrs experience in Social Development; Young People Rehabilitation and serving the rights of marginalised groups within society. She holds a BA (hons) in Social Policy Studies and a National Advocacy qualification in Rights-Based Facilitation. Shoana has a vast amount of experience addressing the needs of young people, parents and their families.
Professor Robert Carroll
Prof Robert Carroll has been advising on the development of Teen-Behaviour.Com Ltd for the past 4 years through the Ingenuity Centre at the University of Nottingham.
Robert is a Professor in Practice at the University of Nottingham Business School where he lectures MSc students and mentors business start-ups for entrepreneurship and innovation.
Robert brings a wealth of experience and sits on the board of directors of a number of companies including Catapult Ventures Group.
Professor David Park
Professor David Park is a mentor, lecturer and project leader in Entrepreneurship & Innovation at the University of Nottingham Business School.
David specialises in IP commercialisation and Innovation and has been successful in securing multi-million dollar investment for companies around the world.
